Return Policy:

Unsatisfied customers may ship the product back immediately with the original packaging within 3 days. We will send your refund the product fee as soon as I receive the item. If possible, we can refund you partly to repair if the goods is not seriously damaged, which all depends on our negotiation.The shipping fees back will be afforded by the buyer!!

Package:

All guitars don't come with a hard case, unless there is mark ( guitar with a hardcase) in the products title. For the hardshell, it is optional to buy for all the guitars, if you buy it, we will ship the guitar inside the hardcase for better protection. If you don't buy the hard case, we will use foam and carton to pack for shipping.
