Magnetizing and Poles

For more efficient use of the magnets, most of them are magnetized with poles on the largest faces.  However, special magnetizing are always there in our applications. 

  1. Axially Magnetized: with poles on the flat faces. Mostly used for round discs, cylinders, rings 

  2. Through Thickness: with poles on the two largest faces. Mostly used for blocks, and magnetized through the smallest size of thickness

  3. Diametrically Magnetized: with poles on the curves. Mostly used for discs, cylinders, rings, tubes, arc segments

  4. In Pair: with poles on the cuvers. It is a special kind of diametrically magnetizing, with S-N and N-S poles, so that the arc segments can assemble a ring, which is for motors, etc

  5. Others

Applications and Safety 

NdFeB rare earth magnets are mainly used in motors, generators, poly fitters, maesuring instruments, magnetic drives, magnetic resonnce, sensors, linearactuators, microphone assemblies, apeakers, magnetic hooks, MRI/NMR.

Due to the strong magnetizing, never place neodymium magnets near electronic appliances, such as cards, mobile phones, laptops, tablets, televisions, VCRs, computer monitors and other CRT displays.

Never allow neodymium magnets near a person with a pacemaker or similar medical aid. Keep the magnets away from children.

The neodymium magnets are extremely strong, and must be handled with care to avoid personal injury and damage to the magnets.

Some Neodymium magnets will lose their magnetic properties if heated above 175°F (80°C).

The magnets must be slid off/on. Neodymium magnets are brittle and prone to chipping and cracking. They do not take kindly to machining.

For economy shipping, there are many options, including Aliexpress Standard Shipping, ePacket, Korea Post, POS Malaysia, Special Line Yanwen, etc. Most of the packages can be delivered within 10-35 days, but for some countries, economy shipping may take up to 60 days (Brazil may take 90 days). For express shipping, FedEx IE&IP, UPS Saver&Expedited, DHL, DPEX are mostly used. Aliexpress Premium Shipping, EMS, Yodel, SF Express are also available. Express shipping usually takes 4-12 days for a delivery. For magnets, it may take 1-2 more days.

As to magnets, they are not friendly to air shipping, which might be refused by airport safety check.  To avoid the accidents and delays, we might choose different shipping method with what you indicated in the order.  And we guaranty that the new shipping we use will no slower than what you chose.
