it provides an effective way to control the pain and swelling caused by sprains, pulled muscles, injured ligaments and strained tendons.   Use Instruction: 1.Place the wrap in the freezer approximately 60-90 minutes.
2.Carefully apply to the desired area. The Evercryo logo must be upright facing and secure the strap.
3.Turn a valve and squeeze the air pump to add you required.
4.Return the wrap to freezer for at least 30 minutes when the wrap warm up and then reapplying.
5.30 to 60 minutes for six to eight times a day is better.  
Clean Instruction:
