Adhesive varnish for 3D printing.

Glue-lacquer is designed to create adhesion between the lower layers of the model and the working table of the 3D printer. It is transparent liquid on alcohol basis, easy to wash off with water.

Application procedure

To achieve a thin uniform shape, apply the varnish to the clean cloth and wipe the table. The table should be dry and cold. Applying a thick layer of varnish on the table can lead to the model to keep up with the table when cooled. In this case, you need a wet table with water and wait for the water to distribute in accordance with the model. Easy movements to solve the model and separate it from the table. To remove the remains of the glue from the table, wipe with a clean damp cloth.

Glue was created by 3D club companies based on the experience gained in working with adhesive composition of other manufacturers in commercial and home 3D printing. The recipe is selected for maximum adhesion of all available plastics on the hot table, and complete casting of the detail when cooling the table.

The detail from the table can be remotely moved by the print head and start printing again.
